  1. I have paid off my mortgage company, is there anything I need to do?

    Yes, you need to contact the Tax Assessor Collector at 830-379-2315 and inform them that your loan has been paid off, you might also want to have your release of lien filed with the County Clerks Office.
  2. How current is the information on your site?

    The information is provided in real time. When a payment or change is applied to an account, you should immediately be able to pull that information on our site.
  3. My property information is incorrect. How do I get it changed?

    This website displays information provided to us by the Appraisal District in which County your property sits on. If it is Guadalupe County you will need to contact them at 830-303-3313, if it sits in Comal County you can contact them at 830-625-8597, or if it sits in Bexar County you would contact them at 210-224-8511.
  4. What if I did not receive a tax statement and my account goes delinquent? Will I still have to pay penalties?

    If you do not receive a tax statement within 2 weeks after the 1st of October of each year, contact our office and request the statement be mailed. However, failure to receive a tax statement does not affect the validity of the tax, penalty, interest the due date, the existence of a tax lien, or any procedure instituted to collect a tax. Property owners have a responsibility to make sure that the correct name and address is listed for each property owned.
  5. If I mail my payment at the end of the month, is it posted as if it was received in that month?

    We accept the USPS postmark
  6. How do I find out what exemptions I am eligible for?

    Contact the Appraisal District in which County your property sits on.
